CLEANSER VS SOAP

CLEANSER VS SOAP

Beauty Tips number 23456789069, Cleansers are always better to use on face than soaps. Whenever it comes on taking care of your face, it is better to use cleansers for it. Cleansers are actually gentler to your skin, and they can prevent those breakouts. Thus, it you want to have healthier skin, use cleansers for your face, and soap for your body. This is 1 of our beauty tips that i always recommend.

We recommend trying our Action C Foaming Cleanser to help get rid of acne and build up.

START WITH PRIMER:

START WITH PRIMER:

If you're old enough for laugh lines, a skin care makeover can give you a fresher, younger look. Our skin dries and thins with age, so products used five years ago may look quite matronly today. A better routine calls for skin primer, according to Robin Rylant, a celebrity makeup artist who's worked with Celine Dion. A high-quality primer fills in small wrinkles, making them less visible.

Here is our version, with Vitamin A&E & Grapefruit extract for a smoother finish that was recommended in Elle Magazine.

5 Appetizers to Avoid to keep your hot figuare for the Summer

5 Appetizers to Avoid to keep your hot figuare for the Summer

Fried onion appetizer
It may be your waistline that blossoms if you're a fan of fried onions. "It's good to start off with a vegetable," says Joan Salge Blake, RD, a spokeswoman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. "But once you fry it, you're frying in calories." The onion blossom at one popular restaurant has 1,949 calories, 161 g of fat, and 4,100 mg of sodium -- more than double the daily sodium limit for healthy adults.
Spinach dip appetizer

WORST: Spinach Artichoke Dip

Don't let the word "spinach" fool you. Traditional spinach artichoke dip is not a healthy starter. A typical order contains about 1,600 calories, 100 g of fat, and 2,500 mg of sodium. The trouble is the cream base, which is loaded with saturated fat. If you make this dip at home, try using a base of nonfat Greek yogurt instead.
Cheese fries appetizer

WORST: Cheese Fries

The worst appetizers can "take over the meal," Blake warns. "Some of them have more calories than the main entrée." One offender is cheese fries -- French fries with melted cheese on top. Variations may include bacon bits or ranch dressing. A full order packs up to 2,000 calories, 134 g of fat, and 2,800 mg of sodium -- more than you should eat in a whole day.

Cheeseburger slider appetizers
Ugggggg, this one made me just slouch in my chair!

WORST: Cheeseburger Sliders

Don't be fooled by their size -- "sliders" pack a lot of calories into a tiny sandwich. A typical restaurant order includes three mini-burgers with cheese and sauce, totaling 1,270 calories, 82 g of fat, and 2,310 mg of sodium.
Fried calamari appetizer

WORST: Fried Calamari

Like many forms of seafood, squid can be nutritious. But when you bread it and fry it in oil, you're drenching it with calories and fat. A typical restaurant portion contains about 900 calories, 54 g of fat, and 2,300 mg of sodium -- not including any sauce.

Dark Circles? Poof Be Gone!

Are you about to throw in your towel because of the dark circles or puffiness under your eyes?.... Wait, I have a solution for you that has brought a 97% return clientele begging for more!

Take a peek and some of the main reasons why you are getting these annoying dark rings!

Black or dark circles under or around the eyes can be caused by many different factors. The following are the most common causes of those unattractive dark circles. I also added other possible factors such as cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

Heredity

Like varicose veins, dark circles under the eyes are usually an inherited trait. If you have dark circles, there is a good chance that others in your family also have them. The skin under the eye is very thin. When blood passes through the large veins close to the surface of the skin it can produce a bluish tint. The more transparent your skin, also an inherited trait, the darker the circles appear.

Allergies, Asthma and Eczema

Any condition that you have that causes your eyes to itch can contribute to darker circles under the eyes because rubbing or scratching the skin can darken the skin. Hay fever sufferers particularly will notice under-eye “smudges” during the height of the allergy season. Some food allergies can also cause the area under the eyes to appear darker.

Medications

Any medications that you are taking that causes blood vessels to dilate, can cause circles under the eyes to darken. Because the skin under the eyes is very delicate, any increase blood flow shows through the skin.

Nutrition

The lack of nutrients ( e.g. iron, Vit K)in the diet, or the lack of a balance diet, can contribute to the discoloration of the area under the eyes.

Fatigue, Lack of Sleep

A lack of sleep or excessive tiredness can cause paleness of the skin, which again allows the blood underneath the skin to become more visible and appear more blue or darker.

Pregnancy and Menstruation

The skin can also become more pale during pregnancy and menstruation, which again allows the underlying veins under the eyes to become more visible.
