Five tips to look your best after Thanksgiving!

Now that you are done, stuffing and perking the Turkey and spending all that time preparing an amazing meal for the entire family, they will soon not forget any time soon. Starting tomorrow its "ME" time.

Here are 5 beauty and makeup tips to look your best after Thanksgiving.

Go easy on the shades that are too bright (although a red lipstick is a general fail safe). Play with the tones that suit your face

Go Easy On the Frosty and Pink Shades: Sure, we are excited about all those frosty colors that are out right now and the Fuschia lip colors that are in right now, but err on the side of caution when it comes to going wild on both eyes and lips. After all, who wants to look like a drag queen during Thanksgiving, and surely Halloween is over?
Emphasize the Lip or the Eyes, not Both: If you’re aiming for one accent, then deck the eyes OR the lips with some heavy armory, just not both. It’s  a bit overwhelming to serve turkey to someone who looks as though she should have looked in the mirror, but didn’t.
Wear Eyeliner and Mascara: It’s definitely all about accenting the eyes, but not in a heavy artillery way. A smokey eye looks glamorous for any occasion, and we recommend topping off your makeup with eye liner andm mascara Seriously, you can’t go wrong.
Bring Extra Blotting Papers or Use a Mattifyer: Unless you have tried and true melt-proof makeup, bring extra blotting papers to avoid looking to dewy, especially if you’ve been cooking all day. Wearing a Golden Caviar Makeup Primer helps.
Skin Perfect: Do use primer and get your foundation perfect ( Golden Caviar's COQ-10 full coverage Foundation). Great skin is SO in, and Thanksgiving Day is not the time to let your pores and imperfections show, especially at the dinner table or photos.
